This policy applies to MyStoreKit's Shopify apps — Validify Checkout Guard, MSK Announcement Bar Timer, and MSK Delivery Date Scheduler — and to related support operations. It is intended for merchants using our apps, not for consumers shopping on a merchant's storefront.

We limit data collection to the minimum needed to operate each app:

• · App-specific data needed to deliver features (for example, validation rules for Validify, scheduled bars for MSK Announcement Bar, or delivery rules for MSK Delivery Date).

• · Support messages you send us by email, including your email address and message content.

• · To authenticate your store and deliver app functionality.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell merchant data. We share data only when necessary to run the app or comply with legal obligations:

5. Data retention

We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the app, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
